Terms of Sale, Everen Kit

Seller: Business name, address, NIP number, e-mail email ("Made By Everen").

1. Product

Everen Kit is a downloadable digital product (ZIP archive of text instructions, reference lists and scripts) for use with AI coding agents. Price: USD 9, one-time.

2. Payment

Payments are processed by Whop Inc., which may act as merchant of record and handles applicable VAT/sales tax. Whop's terms also apply to the checkout.

3. Delivery

Access is provided immediately after payment via e-mail and the buyer's Whop library.

4. Licence

The buyer receives a personal, non-transferable licence to use the kit. Websites and other works created with the kit belong to the buyer and may be used commercially, including for clients. The kit may not be resold, redistributed, shared or published, in whole or in part. Third-party components are included under their own licences (e.g. visual-skills, CC BY 4.0).

5. Requirements

The kit requires third-party tools (e.g. Claude Code or Codex, Node.js, ffmpeg) and, optionally, paid image/video generators, which are not part of the product.

6. Results

The kit is a method and toolset; results depend on the AI models, tools and inputs used. No specific outcome is guaranteed.

7. Withdrawal right (EU consumers)

By purchasing, the buyer requests immediate delivery of digital content and acknowledges that the statutory right of withdrawal is lost once delivery begins. See the Refund Policy for our voluntary support terms.

8. Updates

Updated versions of the kit are provided free of charge while the product is offered.

9. Complaints

Contact email. We respond within 14 days.

10. Law

Polish law applies, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection in the buyer's country.
